What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 90-day return and exchange window. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are always free, while returns for a refund are subject to a small processing fee.
How should I care for my Harper Wilde products?
To keep your bras in peak condition, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying them flat to dry. Avoid high heat from dryers to maintain elasticity.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow its journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
Are your products sustainably made?
