Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Harper Wilde essentials, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely place your unworn items in the original packaging or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
